1. Right to a refund
We want you to be happy with Hati PDF. If a paid feature does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund the most recent billing period.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partially used billing periods unless required by law.
3. One-time purchases
Weekly passes are non-refundable after the first conversion has been delivered, because the work performed by our conversion infrastructure cannot be reversed.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@hatipdf.com with your account email and the invoice ID. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues directly and faster than a card-network dispute.
