These terms govern your use of Hati PDF. By creating an account or using our tools you agree to them.
1. Service
Hati PDF provides online tools to edit, sign, stamp, compress, merge, split and convert PDF documents. The service is delivered as a web application accessible from any modern browser.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account. You may not share your account or use it to violate the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to bypass quotas.
3. Plans and billing
Free accounts include daily limits on file size and number of conversions. Paid plans (Weekly, Monthly Pro, Annual Pro, Business Monthly, Business Annual) are billed via Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Hati PDF to process content that is illegal, infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates the privacy of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this clause.
5. Disclaimers
Hati PDF is provided "as is". We make commercial efforts to keep the service available and your files private, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
